strict) brand and legal guidelines.

Challenge
Citibank,
the world’s largest credit card issuer, was facing new
competitive threats from alternative payment methods and needed
to address consumer barriers to accept online shopping.
Results
The
Interactive Strategist was contracted to launch an e-newsletter
to alleviate consumer concerns surrounding online credit card
usage and accelerate the growth of the e-commerce. Specifically,
he:

content ideation and creation of newsletter, statement
inserts, direct mail, web updates, etc. |

with shopping portal to cross-sell merchandise and feature
retailers. |
